In these weekly calls, sara will cover a number of topics related to the new rules, preparing for competition, apparatus specific guidelines, and more! Following the info sesh there will be approximately 15 minutes for Q&A / comments, screams of outrage, whatevs! Depending on the number of participants, there might not be time to get to everyone's questions. We Shall See.

Cancellation Policy

12 Hour Cancelation Policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class or event, you can cancel yourself out through the Spaces app, by email, or through the website contact form 12 hours or more in advance to avoid being charged in full for the missed class. App users will find the class credited back to their account, non app users will have the option of being credited for the class or refunded the amount paid minus the processing fee (approximately 4%). Due to limited space, those who do not cancel with 12 hours notice will forfeit the amount paid. Thank you for your consideration.
