Our Deep Stretch/Flexibility Workshop is the perfect place for students who want to explore flexibility in a fun, supportive, and safe environment! Whether you’re looking to feel more relaxed, improve your range of motion, or simply stretch out after a long day, this workshop will give you the tools you need to gently build strength and flexibility. With the guidance of our friendly and encouraging instructor, you'll learn easy-to-follow stretches that help release tension, improve posture, and boost your overall well-being. No pressure, no judgment—just a welcoming space where you can stretch, grow, and feel amazing at your own pace!

Cancellation Policy
Cloud Nine Aerial Arts has a 12 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class or event, you can cancel yourself out through the Spaces app, by email, or through the website contact form 12 hours or more in advance to avoid being charged in full for the missed class. App users will find the class credited back to their account, non app users will have the option of being credited for the class or refunded the amount paid minus the processing fee (approximately 4%). Due to limited space, those who do not cancel with 12 hours notice will forfeit the amount paid. Thank you for your consideration.
