Performance Team 2

Service Description

This 90 minute class is required for Team 2 students. The registration fee of 25.00 covers enrollment in your required classes and electives for the Fall 1, Fall 2, and Spring sessions. Elective classes may be changed at semester end. Your monthly fee will be determined by the number of elective classes that you take for the semester. This required team class and ONE additional elective are built in to your basic team fees. If you would like to enroll in additional electives you will be charged an additional fee. This registration form is for one student only. If you are enrolling multiple family member with the same registration fee, please contact sara@cloudnineaerialarts.com to enroll additional students.

Cancellation Policy

12 Hour Cancelation Policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class or event, you can cancel yourself out through the Spaces app, by email, or through the website contact form 12 hours or more in advance to avoid being charged in full for the missed class. App users will find the class credited back to their account, non app users will have the option of being credited for the class or refunded the amount paid minus the processing fee (approximately 4%). Due to limited space, those who do not cancel with 12 hours notice will forfeit the amount paid. Thank you for your consideration.
