Advanced Silks Intensive Push your aerial training to its highest level in this challenging and rewarding Advanced Silks Intensive. Designed for experienced aerialists, this workshop will focus on refining advanced technique, expanding aerial vocabulary, increasing dynamic movement quality, and developing the strength, control, and confidence required for high-level silks work. Students will explore complex sequences, advanced wraps and pathways, dynamic skills, intricate transitions, and challenging drops while receiving individualized coaching to help refine execution and artistry. In addition to skill development, participants will work on efficiency in the air, body awareness, endurance, and performance quality, learning how to connect advanced skills into seamless and expressive aerial choreography.
