Aerialympics Aparatus Rental

Service Description

If you or your performer would like to stand out with a color fabric or apparatus that is not being provided by Aerialympics and would like to rent one to use during your performance, we have more than 20 fabrics and bar apparatuses available. We have multiples of several colors so your duo or group can mix and match however you would like. Your apparatus will be delivered to the theater for your stage testing and performance and then managed afterward so all you have to do is show up and be awesome. Many will also be available during open practices, depending on when they are scheduled. The rental fee of 20.00 includes one apparatus per act. To book, select any available time block and let the "number of participants" indicate how many rentals you will be purchasing. The booking form will allow you to make your selections. Please reach out if there are options not listed here, as this is not a complete list of apparatuses we have to offer.

Cancellation Policy

The rental fee includes one apparatus per act. For example, a duet wanting to rent two black fabrics for their act would rent two fabrics and the fee would be $40.00; or an individual who rent a black for their solo and an duet would also have a fee of $40.00. Many of our apparatuses are well used and the descriptions provided indicate our assessment of stretch/wear as of February 2024. Our apparatuses are frequently inspected for tears or other issues that could affect safety. If something should happen to your selected apparatus before you perform, we will do everything we can to replace it or help you with selecting an alternative. There will be no refunds, however, if you need to change your rental your fee can be transferred to a different apparatus with 3 days notice.
