Intermediate Silks Intensive Ages 11+ Take your aerial training to the next level with this focused Silks Intensive designed for intermediate aerialists ready to expand their skills, refine their technique, and challenge themselves in the air. Over the course of this extended workshop, students will work on strength, endurance, clean technique, sequencing, and artistic movement while exploring new wraps, transitions, skills, and drops. Through drills, conditioning, skill progressions, and instructor feedback, participants will deepen their understanding of aerial silks and build greater confidence on the apparatus. This intensive is intended for students who have a solid intermediate foundation and can demonstrate: Clean inversions from the floor Consistent inversions in the air Multiple climbing techniques Footlocks Hip keys Familiarity with at least one drop The ability to train safely and independently in an extended workshop environment Whether your goal is to improve technique, increase aerial endurance, prepare for performances, or simply challenge yourself with new skills, this intensive offers a supportive environment where you can train alongside other dedicated aerialists and continue growing your aerial practice.
