Service Description
Our Lift Off Series is designed to help new and newer students unlock the foundations of safe aerial practice. These private or semi-private sessions include individualized goal setting and lesson planning, access to our tracking app, access to our video library, progress measurement and help with accountability. You will receive SIX individual coaching sessions and one complimentary group class. Coaching sessions are tailored to your schedule, your goals, and your, starting point.
Cancellation Policy
Cloud Nine Aerial Arts has a 12 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class or event, you can cancel yourself out through the Spaces app, by email, or through the website contact form 12 hours or more in advance to avoid being charged in full for the missed class. App users will find the class credited back to their account, non app users will have the option of being credited for the class or refunded the amount paid minus the processing fee (approximately 4%). Due to limited space, those who do not cancel with 12 hours notice will forfeit the amount paid. Thank you for your consideration.
