Hello, here are 3 things about Aerialympics to know today:

1. I am still in desperate need of volunteers. I've asked a couple of other studios' parents to help too but I haven't heard back. I'm really worried that I will have to take tickets, usher, answer coach questions, manage backstage, address judges' questions and problems, monitor judging reports, put out figurative fires, and coach my team all at the same time. I really need help. please please please. Here is the link to sign up:

2. If you are doing groups please make sure that you have paid your registration. Willamania/Favorite Son(Already Recorded) was 65.00, Jam is 69.00, and Its The End of The World is 87.00

Here is the link to the sign up genius to volunteer and you can send it to all your (reliable) friends! This year we have only general seating and no merch room so I just need two at the check in desk, one or two upstairs, and a floater. Vesta is once again Head Mom In Charge because she ROCKED it last year. I really really appreciate everyone who can take the time to help out! I have a teeny volunteer budget for snacks and t-shirts.

We have another round of awesome workshops coming up a week from tomorrow! Intermediate/Advanced Contortion at 6:00 (it's leveled int adv but all levels are welcome) and UNICYCLE at 7:30!!

We have one more workshop scheduled before regular classes start in August.

Hi guys, we are going to record Kali and Willamania before the show at 5 o’clock. Total run time down. We will record Avery‘s during intermission. If you want to run guitar hero, we can probably do that at 5:30. And then I will have to rig for the show shortly after that.
