Aerialympics Individual Open Practice

Service Description

Squeeze in an extra rehearsal or two and get the nerves out with individual Open Practice! This is a single point rental for a single participant. Each participant must rent their own point, though up to two aerialists may share a single point for partner work. Teams who want to rent the whole studio space may do so by booking Aerialympics TEAM Open Practice. This rehearsal space is at Cloud Nine Aerial Arts, which is about a 30 minute drive from Liberty Performing Arts Theater, where Aerialympics Nationals is being held. In order to participate in open practice, aerialists must abide by the following rules. Failure to follow these rules or defer to Cloud Nine Aerial Arts staff will result in removal from the rehearsal and forfeit of any payment. Level/Age Open practices are available for independent performers ages 18+ and younger performers with a parent or coach present. All open practice participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and must only rehearse skills that they have mastered. Attire: Please wear form fitting clothing that covers the backs of your knees, upper abdomen, and armpits. No jewelry or clothing with spikes, zippers or other embellishments that could cause harm to the aerialist or apparatuses will be permitted. Long hair must be tied back. Our staff will be present to supervise and answer questions but will not provide any instruction. You are responsible for your own safety be sure to warm up and cool down properly and respect your limits, Student teaching is not allowed Any breaking of the rules or reckless behavior will result in dismissal and forfeiture of payment.
