Lyra (hoop) Teen and Adult Beginner

Service Description

This class is for beginning through intermediate aerial students who want to stay close to the ground and focus on their fabulousness flow rather than flashy inversions and drops. This class is great for students who are just starting out or returning after a break, who might have mobility issues, or who just want to get their aerial dance on. In this class you will learn flow combinations and skills on a low hoop and you will never be asked to do a pull up (even if you already can). The only pre-requisite is a desire to be awesome.

Cancellation Policy

12 Hour Cancelation Policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class or event, you can cancel yourself out through the Spaces app, by email, or through the website contact form 12 hours or more in advance to avoid being charged in full for the missed class. App users will find the class credited back to their account, non app users will have the option of being credited for the class or refunded the amount paid minus the processing fee (approximately 4%). Due to limited space, those who do not cancel with 12 hours notice will forfeit the amount paid. Thank you for your consideration.
